Processed near the shores of Lake Kivu. This washing station processes some of the highest grown, in altitude, coffee in all of Rwanda. In this coffee we note a lot of berries and chocolate reminiscent of a Kladdkaka (Swedish Flour-less Chocolate Cake) topped with blackberries and peach slices. This gives way to dried dates, figs, and a raw sugar sweetness.
