At the corner of Malet & Broadway. Right across the street from Sonoma Valley High School. We have a parking Lot on Malet Street.

Unfortunately, due to health code regulations we are unable to allow pets inside our establishment. However, any service animals as defined by federal law (ADA) is allowed to accompany you inside. (Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.)

All dog are allowed to enjoy our outdoor seating though!

We bake everything off in house. Many of the recipes come straight from our family's coffee book. 

While we can grind for you, we always recommend grinding your coffee right before each brew to help preserve its freshness. In addition grinding yourself allows you to adjust the grind setting in order to get the best possible cup out of your equipment. We always recommend a burr over blade grinders. If you need help finding a grinder that fits your needs feel free to reach out and we will do what we can help point you in the right direction.

While we wait for the last permit, we need to fire up the trusty old Probat L12 we have partnered with the CoRo (a cooperative Roasting Facility) in Berkeley, CA. As this is a temporary fix to our situation, we do not have a set roasting date and time each week. (We do know however that it will be towards the beginning of each week.) As such I am unable to guarantee a shipping date each week but rest assured your coffee will still be shipped out fresh each week. Due to the uncertain nature of our allotted roasting time any order placed after 11:59 am Sunday are not guaranteed to ship that coming week. We will still do our best to get it out to you that week. 

 

We roast every Monday Night and in order to ensure the freshness of your coffee we ship within 24 hrs. of roasting. As such any order placed before 11am Monday morning is guaranteed to ship same week. If your order was placed after that time we will attempt to get it out same week but is absolutely guaranteed to ship the following week.

We ship our coffee as quickly after roasting as possible. As we roast at the beginning of each week. Any order placed after Sunday 11:59am PST will be processed, roasted and shipped the following week. Thank you for your patience. We ship all orders through USPS & UPS. 

Inside of the United States, shipping usually takes 2 to 7 business days from the first scan by its carrier to your door. This however, is not a guarantee as delays may occur within the carrier system. Orders that have selected "Free Shipping" may take longer to arrive. If you would like your order by a specific time we recommend selecting the shipping option/speed from your preferred carrier. 

Coffee

Because coffee is a food product we are unable to accept returns on any coffee orders. If you have a issue with the coffee you have ordered please reach out to us.

Non-coffee Items.

Småstad has a 30 day return policy for all unused Non-perishable goods (ie. merchandise,  Brewing equipment, etc.). All items must be returned in its original condition in the original manufactures packaging for a full refund. Return shipping at the cost to the customer. If there is an issue with an item please reach out to us at info@smastadcoffee.com. 

Incorrect/Damaged Orders
