Most of Tanzania’s coffee comes from small farms and processing stations with only 5% (roughly) of green coffee comes directly from one estat; the Grivas D. Mwangoka Farm is one of those few estates. The Grivas D. Mwangoka Farm has been run by the Grivas Family for over 20 years and as the second generation takes over, they aim to improve not only the quality of beans but also the betterment of their local community through the work the farm does. Today the farm supports over 200 seasonal workers as well as a network of smaller farmers and shareholders in the surrounding area.
